Frequently Asked Questions

This seems too good to be true, is it real?

Yes, of course. It is a government funded program through Medicaid. When speaking to our specialists, please feel free to ask us to show you the paperwork.

Do I need to be on Medicaid to get paid?

No, only the person receiving the care needs to be on Medicaid.

What if my loved one doesn’t have Medicaid?

No problem! They'll need to sign up with Medicaid and meet all the eligibility. We can help.

What are ADL’s or daily living activities?

Daily living activities are the regular activities which people do on a daily basis, here are some examples:

  1. Assistance with movement, such as transitioning from one position to another or walking independently
  2. Help with feeding oneself, including preparing and eating meals
  3. Support with dressing, including selecting appropriate clothing and putting on clothes without help
  4. Aid with personal hygiene, such as bathing, grooming, dental hygiene, and nail and hair care
  5. Managing continence, including controlling bladder and bowel movements
  6. Support with toileting, such as getting to and from the toilet without assistance, using it appropriately, and cleaning oneself

Which ADL’s do I need to be assisting with to qualify?

In order to qualify, the person you are caring for must need help with one of these: bathing, dressing, eating, using bathroom, walking, and more. Reach out to see if you qualify.
